Creme Fraiche

HEAT 1cup heavy cream with 1TBS buttermilk to 110 degrees

POUR in a jar

KEEP jar loosely covered in a warm place until it thickens and tastes mildly sour (6- 8 hours)

COVER and refrigerate ( it will last for up to 3 weeks)
